Termination of Trust Agreement for Acquisition of Treasury Shares

KB Financial Group Inc. (“KB Financial Group”) disclosed on February 6, 2017 that the trust agreement it had entered into to acquire treasury shares has been terminated.

Other Matters to Consider Before Making an Investment Decision			-	Pursuant to Article 176-2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act of Korea, no separate resolution of the board of directors is required as the trust agreement is terminated upon natural expiration of the term of the agreement.

			-	KB Financial Group had entered into two trust agreements to acquire treasury shares and the number of treasury shares acquired pursuant to the trust agreement that was terminated on this day is 9,206,975.

			-	As of February 3, 2017, the total number of treasury shares booked by KB Financial Group is 21,453,813 (i.e., the number of shares for which orders have been executed one business day prior to the date of this report).
