and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
Augean, one of the UK's leading specialist waste management businesses, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 and Notice of AGM have been posted to shareholders and are now available on the Company's website in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
The AGM is to be held on Thursday 20 June 2019 at 12.00pm at the offices of Harwood Capital LLP at 6 Stratton Street, London W1J 8LD.
