Following the release on 7 August 2018 of its annual results for the year ended 30 June 2018, the Company announces that it has today published:

The 2018 Report and Financial Statements;

Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting;

Proxy Form for the Annual General Meeting.

These documents are now available to view on the Company's website at www.hl.co.uk/investor-relations.

A copy of the Report and Financial Statements and Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.

Printed copies of the 2018 Report and Financial Statements, Annual General Meeting Notice and Proxy Form are expected to be posted to shareholders on or around 4th September 2018.
