Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A (“Company” or “Eletrobras”) (B3: ELET3, ELET5 & ELET6; NYSE: EBR & EBR.B; LATIBEX: XELT.O & XELT.B) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that in addition to the Relevant Fact dated October 23, 2018, the following:
1. The Ministry of Mines and Energy ("MME") complied with the recommendation of the National Electric Energy Agency ("ANEEL") contained in Ordinance 2,194 of September 25, 2018 and declared, on August 31, 2018, the expiration of the Electric Energy Transmission Concession Agreement No. 001/2015 (ANEEL Auction No 004/2014 - Lot A), signed by the subsidiary Eletrosul Centrais Elétricas SA - Eletrosul;
2. Contractual sanctions may be applied to Eletrosul, including an administrative fine, and Eletrosul has guarantee of faithful compliance of the contract, in the amount of R$ 163.8 million, which may be executed for payment of said fine;
3. Eletrosul made investments in the amount of R$ 143.8 million in the project, which may be used, at ANEEL's discretion, at the time of the re-bidding of this concession, in which case Eletrosul should be fully or partially reimbursed.
The Company will keep the market informed about the subject matter of this Relevant Fact.
