On 7 August 2018, an award vested under the Centrica Long Term Incentive Plan.� The award was granted on 7 August 2015.
The vesting of the award was subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions.� Following the sale of Shares for tax, the remaining Shares are subject to a two-year mandatory holding period until 7 August 2020.
