Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Pressure Technologies (AIM: PRES) is pleased to announce that the Annual Report for the year ended 3 October 2020 and the accompanying notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) are now available to download from the Group's website and will today be posted to shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy.

The AGM will take place on Tuesday 30 March 2021 at 11.00.

Considering the UK Government's rules and guidelines associated with the COVID-19 pandemic restricting public gatherings, physical attendance at the Company's AGM will not be possible. The AGM will be held with a quorum of Board Members only this year.

Please note that it will not be possible to vote on the matters to be considered at the AGM on the day.  Shareholders are encouraged to vote prior to the meeting using the proxy form issued to shareholders today.

The Board of Directors engages strongly with its shareholders and it is planning a virtual update in Spring 2021.
