NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interest of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 11 1/20 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
Restricted Share Awards (RSA)
On 12 December 2019, an award was made under The Compass Group PLC Restricted Share Award Plan ("Plan"), to the PDMRs detailed below:
