GlaxoSmithKline plc announces, pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14R, that Emma Walmsley, Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Microsoft Corp ("Microsoft") with effect from 4 December 2019.
