KB Financial Group selected as the preferred bidder for the acquisition of

Hyundai Securities

On March 31, 2016, KB Financial Group Inc. (“KB Financial Group”) disclosed that it has been selected as the preferred bidder for the acquisition of Hyundai Securities Co., Ltd. KB Financial Group was given official notice of its selection as the preferred bidder on March 31, 2016.
