The 2017 Annual Report of Grafton Group plc (the "Company") has been published today and is available to view on the Company's website www.graftonplc.com .� It has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM .

The Annual Report and the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, to be held on Wednesday 9 May 2018 at 10.30am, will be posted on 26 March 2018 to those shareholders who have requested a printed copy.� A Form of Proxy relating to the Annual General Meeting will be sent by post to all shareholders on the same date.
