The 2020 Annual General Meeting ("2020 AGM") will be held in The Park Suite at The Dorchester, Park Lane, London W1K 1QA at 11.00am on 15 April 2020.

The Company is closely monitoring the ongoing impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in the United Kingdom. It is currently the Company's intention to hold the 2020 AGM as planned.
