Abengoa, S.A. (“Abengoa”), in compliance with the provisions of article 82 of the Securities Market Act, hereby notifies the following

 

Relevant Event

 

In connection with the announcement made by the company on 9 February 2015 (218422) regarding its intention to reduce its stake in Abengoa Yield plc (NASDAQ: ABY, “Abengoa Yield”) below 50%, Abengoa announces that it has sold 2,000,000 shares in Abengoa Yield through a transaction carried out in accordance with Rule 144 under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 at a price per share of $31.00 for a total price of $62,000,000.

 

As a consequence of the transaction, the stake of Abengoa in Abengoa Yield has been reduced to 49.05%.
