Nick Taylor, Group Finance Director at Begbies Traynor Group plc, has exercised share options over 125,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 36.69 pence ("Options"). Using net settlement, this has resulted in the issue and allotment of 61,742 Ordinary Shares. The Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 27 September 2018. In addition to exercising the Options Nick Taylor has also sold 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Group at a sale price of 70.25 pence.
