Further to the announcement on 27th July 2017, CRH plc, the international building materials group, confirms that Maeve Carton retired from the Board and from CRH on 31st August 2017.

 

Remuneration Arrangements on Retirement

 

Information in relation to Ms. Carton's remuneration arrangements on retirement will be provided in the 2017 Directors' Remuneration Report to be published early next year.
