Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.
On January 14, 2019, Christopher R. Gordon provided notice of his intention to resign as a Class III director of Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. (the Company). Mr. Gordon will continue to serve as a director until May 28, 2019. Mr. Gordons resignation from the Companys Board of Directors does not result from any disagreement with the Company.
