Save As You Earn (SAYE) Share Option Scheme

The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that on 3 September 2018 Tim Roberts, an Executive Director of the Company, exercised options over the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each ('Shares') under the Company's SAYE Share Option Scheme: 

Following the exercise, on 6 September 2018, Tim Roberts sold all of the Shares acquired at a price of 623.60 pence per share.

The transactions referred to above took place in London.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.  The Identification Code for ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company is GB0001367019.
