The Go-Ahead Group plc (the "Company") makes the following notification pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
Under the terms of the Company's HM Revenue and Customs approved Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP"), the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility sold 155 Ordinary Shares at a price of �19.51200 per share on 25 April 2018.
The attached notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail of the number of shares sold under the SIP on 25 April 2018.
