Item 8.01. Other Events.

The Ensign Group, Inc. (the Company) announced on June 19, 2018 that a wholly-owned subsidiary acquired an office building located in San Juan Capistrano, California. The acquisition was effective June 13, 2018. Furthermore, the Company completed the relocation of its Service Center from Mission Viejo, California to San Juan Capistrano, California. Effective June 17, 2019, the new Service Center location is 29222 Rancho Viejo Road, Suite 127, San Juan Capistrano, California, 92675.
