On November 20, 2019, Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the United States Food and Drug Administration has approved the Company’s new drug application for GIVLAARI™ (givosiran) an injection for subcutaneous use for the treatment of adults with acute hepatic porphyria (AHP).
